G. Washington – Attackers of Christianity are not Patriots

Here is today's Truth for Patriots with Founder Tom Evans...

George Washington once said… “… reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail, in exclusion of religious principle.”

Why was George Washington, 1st President of the US, and The Father of our Country, so concerned about morality? Because he knew it to be absolutely essential to America’s existence… prosperity and happiness…He further stated…

“Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism, who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness…”

In other words, according to George Washington, if you attack Christianity and morality, you’re not a patriot!
