Judicial Supremacy – What is it?

“Judicial Supremacy” is a phrase heard often today, but what exactly is it? Plain and simple, it is tyranny. It is a few, unelected Judges imposing their will upon the opposing majority.
In 1962 when prayer was removed from schools, polls showed that 82% of the public was in favor of prayer.
In 2004, the voters in 13 states overwhelmingly passed ballot initiatives to amend their constitutions to define marriage as between one man and one woman. In most cases by over 70%! Yet, when challenged in the courts, judges are ignoring the will of the people and overturning such initiatives!
What can we do to stop such tyranny in the land of liberty?
